Waitlist

Add patients when the calendar is full and let them know when a slot opens up.

What it is

The waitlist keeps track of people who want an appointment when the calendar is full. When a suitable slot opens, Wavaily can offer it to the next person in line.

How to use it

  1. Open Waitlist in the dashboard.
  2. Add the patient, or let them join through the portal if you have enabled it.
  3. Add their preferred location, professional, or time range when prompted.
  4. When a slot is offered, the patient receives a notification through the configured channel and can claim it.

Public booking portal

When no slots are available on your clinic's booking page, visitors can join that location's waitlist. You can see those entries in the same dashboard list.
