This production-focused update strengthens appointment creation and rescheduling, adds location and deposit rules to the waitlist where needed, makes Stripe payments safer to retry, and improves retention classification for clinical attachments.
If you notice a change when booking or taking a payment, it is intentional: the system is designed to protect appointment availability and keep data separate between clinics.

In Support chat (in the clinic or admin dashboard), paste a screenshot with Ctrl+V / Cmd+V or drag it into the reply area. The attach button is still available too.
